Got a knife for a special occasion. Communication about the engraving for this was excellent. Clear preview and a change was no problem. Only delayed the order by 2 days. The engraving itself is perfect. Looks the same as the factory engraving.

Nice touch when giving a present. You can even put a logo on it. The tool to generate the picture/text took some getting used to, as was the ordering process. Next time I will know. Good quality, very readable, and, again, nice touch for a present.
